Bill Haslam has been busy this year destroying the UAW's efforts to organize a union at the Volkswagen plant in Chattanooga. Phil Williams with Nashville's Channel 5 news has uncovered documents directly linked back to the Governor's office that would provide 300 million dollars in tax payer incentives to Volkswagen if the union was destroyed. This is a perfect example of big government's intervention into the marketplace. Thus the market is not free and the people will suffer in the end.

As a proponent of free market economics, I will help all businesses including unions by getting out of your business and allowing the market to make its own decisions. We wonder why the economy is struggling. This news about our current Governor is a good reason why you don't have any money in your pockets now.
